Use the Crystal stone to shape and seal the end of nails after trimming. Then use the pointed end to remove dry cuticle. Use the Disk Applicator in small circles to buff the whole foot. Disk Applicator and Crystal stone may be used wet or dry. Apply the Foot Balm to clean dry buffed skin. This will heal cracked heals.
This system also comes with 3 replacement disk for the applicator and a carrying case. When replacing disk make sure applicator face is clean and dry.
